Senior Account Manager

Are you passionate about Sponsorship and have a proved track record in account management, sponsorship activation and measurement? Do you thrive on working in a fast-paced, busy and collaborative agency environment?

Bastion Emotional Brand Alignment (Bastion EBA) is a specialist Sponsorship and Experiential agency that help brands connect with customers through the things they are most passionate about.

We are on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join our Melbourne strategy team.

To be successful, you’ll need to be driven, have excellent time management skills, and can demonstrate your experience managing multiple stakeholders. You’ll also be happy working autonomously, as well as with your team

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management and Delivery
  • Project Management and Delivery
  • Staff Development and Leadership
  • Business Development
  • Onsite Event Management

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the sponsorship field
  • Ideally previous Agency or Property Holder experience

Our ideal candidate

  • Can demonstrate strategic thinking and can think on their feet
  • Has exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to develop strong relationships with all existing clients, with particular focus on Event Managers (where applicable) within the brand
  • Will be a self-starter and able to work independently and drive projects forward
  • Will be highly organised, adaptable and capable of multitasking under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Loves to work hard and loves to have fun

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 inclusive an commensurate on experience.
